Then USPS gave it such a runaround from Richmond, VA to Orlando, FL, to Jacksonville, FL… why? Another week from JAX, FL to my town. Anyway, 1 month from VA 22973 to PR 00983, is unacceptable.

Package was clearly opened at some point and completely taped over with packing tape. Bottom of mailer was torn off and slab itself was poorly recovered randomly. No idea if this was during shipping (it was delayed in VA) or if the seller had reopened it to make sure they were shipping the correct item. Regardless, item received in good condition, so am happy with that.
