  Item showed up with a cracked lens. May have happened during shipping and the seller gave me a full refund not requesting the item back. This is an excellent and honest seller. I hoped for a smaller refund to replace the lens as I purchased a new lens already. Unfortunately the lens is almost as much as the entire assembly after shipping costs. I give this seller excellent feedback because most wouldn't have responded this way. Honest and fast response. I'll purchase again from this seller.

  Shipping was a few days late and the packaging was ripped open when it arrived which made me nervous, but luckily all the parts were still inside and the coffee machine was in one piece! It’s just as pictured and described by seller which was amazing! Easy to put together, turn on, and start. The price was really good and I find it so worth it. So far I made my husband his first cup of coffee in a DeLonghi and not only is the machine working well, but coffee tastes amazing!

  Knew it had dents but came with more dents than shown. Not shipped in original packaging so not sure dents are from original damage or this shipment (bubble wrap and a wad of paper didn’t impress me). Everything came with it. The original pans have never been used. All elements and controls working. Front looks perfect so don’t mind the dents in the back. Very satisfied with purchase. 4 stars for description and packaging.

  The phone was listed as new-open box and was exactly what I received. Mint condition never used, only open box. Excellent seller and yet better communication. Recommended.
