  The mug was in great condition and arrived in the specified timescale. Although reasonably priced I did message to ask to consider an offer including postage, but no response was received. The item was as described and met with my approval. It was well packaged offering good protection to the mug. All in all happy with my purchase, but disappointed in the lack of pre sale communication.

  I appreciate your comments. With the new ebay system of prepaid postage also them adding on a buyer protection fee, I find it difficult to work out discounting to a specific price. Ebay have made it complicated to do this.

  2nd item I’ve had from this seller. Always a pleasure upon receiving. Packaged perfectly my fragile items would never arrive damaged as such care is taken to ensure items arrive unscathed. Products are beautiful and descriptions are always accurate informing you on the condition. I just feel a little extra care goes into purchases with these sellers and it makes a difference in a time when I feel we’ve lost that. Would always recommend this seller and will almost certainly be purchasing again

  This mug was delivered efficiently, in a well-packed box. The mug was pristine and was exactly what I was looking for. A great experience. A big thank you to the sellers who even put their full contact details in the box with the product in case there were any issues. I recommend these sellers.

  Excellent condition, packaged really carefully to help protect them in transit as much as possible (no breaks, yay), great value for money for what you’re getting as well. Postage and delivery was very quick too, fantastic quality items. A perfect seller, thank you so much! Hyacinth Bucket would be most impressed, as am I! :)
