  Hi, there were supposed to be 2 pair, but I only received 1 pair. The package even says only 1 pair included. Will you send the 2nd pair, please? Thanks. I've leaving this as "positive feedback" because I can't leave negative feedback for 7 days and going to "contact the seller" just tells me I can't cancel the order. Please help me resolve this.

  Great item. Exactly as described. I Love it. It shipped right away but USPS lost the package for 10 days. Not the sellers fault. When I became concerned and messaged the seller, I was kept informed as we both watched for movement. It did eventually arrive and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this seller.

  I was sent the wrong size. I provided the seller with photos from their sell page showing the description of what I paid for. I was told that “the description is confusing.” It was not at all confusing. It was spelled out with exact dimensions. I was willing to work it out but not after the misleading statements. I will say the seller was fairly good about responding to me and eBay made the return easy. The item itself arrived in great condition and fast.
