    We had a problem with the shipper and I didn't receive the items. I contacted the seller and they immediately responded. We tried to resolve the issue but didn't make any headway with the shipper. The seller promptly gave me a choice of re-shipping them or a refund which at this time I was in desperate need of the item and chose the refund option. They immediately sent me the refund as well as apologizing. I will definitely do business with this seller again as I feel they went above & beyond

    Disappointed that this order was from a drop shipper. The shipping was delayed for an unreasonable amount of time, so I asked the seller to cancel the order. They stated they couldn’t because it was “processing “. I gave a neutral rating because the socks are nice and as described. However, I would not order from this seller in the future.

    I love my small heated coat-I ordered on the 21st I received it on 24th of December-it fits perfectly & works great-I bought it because I work in a cold climate warehouse-it’s so cold inside the warehouse & this is perfect for me-I ordered on Ebay but it came with Amazon box but that’s fine because I got super fast shipping & I’m very happy with my purchase from this Seller-I will most definitely bookmark this Seller & amazing super fast shipping & will most definitely purchase from Seller 😊

    Very pleased with my purchase, it was not shown in picture that it came in the box even though it stated it was new. I was very happy also with the speed, as soon as my order was processed it was shipped next available day and I received early!! Thank you for a positive experience!
