    I had a great experience with chipstore_us. The printer arrived well protected, but some damage occurred during transit, I believe due to the shipping carrier. Fortunately, chipstore_us addressed the issue promptly and professionally. They responded to my messages quickly, offered clear guidance, and handled everything smoothly with a great attitude. Their support made the situation easy to resolve. I highly recommend this seller for their reliability and excellent customer service.

    Had an up and down experience with this seller but they had no problem making it right. Case was damaged during shipping due to packaging. They offered to accept a return but I needed the PC so I repaired it myself. I needed a little help with the licensing on the software which they helped me with and the sent me a slot blank to replace one I was unhappy with.

    The computer was well packaged. My sister had no issues with the contents and all contents appeared as described. While there was a minor delay of 1-2 days in shipping, I do not think it had anything to do with the seller. Overall, the value appears to be good for what was received.

    This item works perfectly as advertised. The one I received has a different appearance than the one pictured in the listing but after communication with the seller I installed it in my Dell Optiplex 760 and it added three fully functional USB 3.0 ports. The seller is great to buy from and I would do so again.

    Shipping and packaging was excellent in the container whick kept it safe thank you because that's what I was most concerned about it getting here. The item was as described and the scratch was no big deal for me. The old stuff from old owner cleaned off, also thank you. Value for what I need it for was great. I like this seller.
