  Nice item quality, colour as described and good value for money. Arrived in good condition, despite the package being open, along with apology from Royal Mail. Not an issue of the seller but worth noting as it's the second item I've received this week that's been tampered with by Royal Mail. Came in Large Letter packaging which was unnecessary as it was 1 cushion cover which would surely have fit into a small postal bag through my letter box.

  very kind seller when i told them pillowcases were the wrong colour was asked what i wanted to do very friendy and polite they then told me to donate wrong ones to my cancer shop strathcarron hospice which i did so then they sent out correct ones thank you very much for everything very impressed and will buy from again no problem

  Unfortunately the original pillowcases did not arrive, lost by the carrier. When I messaged the Seller their response was excellent. They sent the item again , this time posted on a 48hr tracked! Quality, condition value and appearance are all very good. I would definitely recommend them and using this Seller again.

  Speedy delivery of my order for 2x duck/hollowfiber cushion pads inners extra deep filled. Nice size cushions have plenty of bounce to each deep cushion,all new and wrapped in a bag,great value for money, found exactly what I was looking for online, kept informed when being delivered, a good service I received, many thanks to you.

  Had difficulty getting valanced sheets in navy from other online retailers and I was let down twice when parcels were apparently lost. So I was happy to find this reliable retailer who was able to provide me with what I wanted. They arrived quickly and were nicely packaged and clearly new. I washed them and they have washed well, so I am very happy with the quality and standard of service I have received. Very satisfied and I would purchase again
