  This item was received in the original unopened HP box as advertised. The box was as depicted in the photo and undamaged when received. I am very happy with the purchase and the toner cartridge was a very good value. It has worked great since I installed it in my printer. I would definitely buy from this seller again in the future.

  Was a bit taken by the delivery it was delivered in its original box showing what the item was left on my step. Was not packaged properly. I also made the mistake of thinking that the number pad lights up as in the picture but it does not. However, overall it’s a decent phone for the price. It does all the things I need it to do and looks nice on my desk.
