  Item shipped quickly, and seller communication was good. However, the item is not "open box", as it has 3 or 4 light surface level scratches. Also, how can this be "open box" if the iPad doesn't have any charge and doesn't include any cables? So not quite 10/10 as described, but 9/10. We will see what the overall value is, but I'm hoping good.

  Great product. Great price. False description. The description includes charger and cable, they are not sent. When you make the claim, there is no solution, there is no partial refund, there is no shipment. It is also disrespectful
