The item I received was not what was advertised at all, and when I brought it up, the seller’s only response was, “Do you not want it?” That’s not how business works—people expect to get exactly what they order, not some random substitute. To make it worse, the item showed up in a filthy, used box that looked like it was pulled straight out of the trash. Disgusting, unprofessional, and dishonest.
