The replacement came today again very well packed, the racks are good value but the customer service was “outstanding” would definitely recommend this seller, would definitely buy from this seller again

They are very good value for money. The seller is great, and the packaging superb - in their own box with interleaved card between each one, then wrapped in three layers of bubble and an outside packing box. Contacted the supplier with photos and they came straight back to me . They have sent me a replacement straight away which I received today in perfect condition. Great value for money and would buy from them by again.

Handle is narrower than the Viners knives I have, but as Viners don't make them anymore (if they ever did) these are an acceptable substitute, and much cheaper than Viners.
