    The item arrived not as described. I reached out to the seller and they promptly issued a full refund. Shipping was through USPS and went as expected. The packaging maintained the quality of the item received. The value was good I received the wrong item and didn’t have to pay for it.

    Great seller. Immediate response to my questions. Mailed the very next day. Large box, well packaged and delivered within the time quoted. Very very pleased with my purchase which was exactly as described. Amazing value for money - identical items seen costing twice as much as I paid. All in all I couldn’t be more pleased. Will buy from this seller in the future.

    I am very pleased with both the seller and the product. Item description was accurate, communication was great, item was well packaged, and shipping was extremely fast. Though I had no problems whatsoever, I appreciate that the seller encourages buyers to reach out if there are any issues at all so the seller can make it right.     After I receive the original scooter, it was defective, I contacted the seller right away and immediately they responded and went above and beyond what they needed to do instead of shipping me a new set of cables they sent me a whole NEW SCOOTER! One that was much nicer than the original one to make up for the issue, their quick response and solution are much appreciated and I would definitely work with the seller again and recommend them!😁

    Seller shipped rollator walker on the next business day, but USPS took 5 days to deliver. Walker arrived in original box in excellent condition and looked brand new like it had never been out of the box. I am very pleased with my purchase from this seller. It was a great price even though the buyer pays some shipping cost. Forgot to mention it was sold as open box and the color was correct. Thanks for sending me a great product. I would buy from this seller again.

    Very good seller. Item was exactly as described, "open box", but was essentially brand new with all parts included. Shipped in a timely manner and arrived within the given delivery window. Shipping cost was average, as expected. Packaging was good and price was very good. Saved me about $50 from most other sellers I looked at with the same item. Would definitely do business with this seller again.
