    Very poorly packaged. Grill placed directly into weathered and old cardboard box with no insulating plastic bag or padding. Product arrived with bad rubbing and scuff marks. The grill was wavy and undulating through out. Not a quality produced grill. Said it was the last one and listed another last immediately after the sale by the same seller. Gave a positive review as the alternatives are far worse.

    Horrible experience i ordered this product on dec 4th and was told feb 20th that they couldn’t deliver my product and that it got lost in shipping and then provided no compensation or no updates telling me that my package would not arrive so i ended up waiting 3 almost 4 months for something that didn’t even come and them having my money the whole time so i couldn’t even do anything about it would not order from these guys horrible customer service and experience 0/10
