  I would like to say a big thank to the seller for her response & politeness to all messages I sent, This seller sent out two cards and none was delivered to my addres and give me a refund, I would definitely buy from this seller again

  This was unfortunately the fault of Royal Mail, yet again, I have tracking for both cards and the replacement was even sent 1st class, still both cards are showing as undelivered by Royal Mail :( very upsetting and I am not at blame for this. Luckily my customer was very understanding :)
