This card is coming from Europe (Netherlands) and sellers underestimate the inefficiency of the US Postal Service. If I would report nonreceipt you would makethe seller refund my payment and the when the item finally arrives I'd only have to pay him again. Change you policy of demanding feedback based on estimated delivery dates. The are often wrong.
