  10/14. Returned every message. Buyer cancelled order which we did promptly. Ebay held this buyers funds. We no longer had his money. Ebay did. He has the issue with his bank or credit card...Thats not on us..Furthermore this buyer did not read the entire listing as it has a extended handling time and he blamed us for not shipping same day, then wanted to cancel...How is that our fault or issue..READ THE ENTIRE LISTING

  I thought the writing on the top of the rigid lights I bought would be all black like in the picture for the listing. But once they delivered I see the writing is in silver and not black like the picture. All good though, other than that no complaints.

  I ordered the wrong product and I also sent an inquiry to them about the product. Before shipping the product they contacted me for confirmation before shipping due to my inquiry. Great policy! And they immediately processed a refund to me. Great customer service!
