    Rcvd item on time packed well. Initially had a few parts missing that weren t mentioned or shown in the ad, but we both missed this until after item arrived. Seller communicated to inquire about the problem, & we mutually decided on a solution acceptable to both of us. If Seller hadn t been watching comments & communicating well I d be stuck and not thrilled, but Seller did great job of recognizing the issues and offering several fair options, so he converted me to fan and hope to deal in future

    What arrived yesterday was obviously the tool pictured in the listing: it was used but in good condition, and it worked well. Seller had accepted my offer, which was low but reasonable for the value of a DeWalt. Looking forward to putting it to use shortly.
