  At first disappointed they sent a part not the same as the one pictured in their ad. Contacted seller who said they would check with a colleague. This person agreed I had been sent a lower specification item than one ordered and sent out the correct item within a few days. I'm pleased with the replacement item and their willingness to sort out the mistake quickly.

  Wrong item sent initially, but supplier “ bent over backwards “ to correct mistake as soon as notified ! Correct item sent immediately. We all make mistakes, it’s how they are dealt with that matters! Most honourable company to deal with!

  Mixed feedback here , the item arrived quickly and contact with the seller was polite speedy and potentially resolved within about 30 minutes but the item did not match the description, the print was light messy and on a very cheap washer, seller agreed a refund with no return so satisfied with the seller but not the item.
