    Not sure about this purchase. Seller listed as opened, but I received it on a plain white box, outside the original box. I was expecting a genuine toner inside the original box. Seller could have been more clear with the listing.

    Ordered Monday arrived today, Wednesday, way ahead of scheduled delivery 10/10 for that! Cartridge was, as stated, unboxed but I have fitted it & although the alignment failed it is printing fine so far. Great service & price

    Listing states - New: A brand-new, unused, unopened and undamaged item in original retail packaging .. Arrived in a timely manner. No original packaging as shown. Tried the first cartridge, it wouldn't print, left it to settle for a day, tried several times, still not printing. Checked date on packaging, it was from 2011 so ink dried out. Contacted seller. Got a response saying seller away for 3 weeks, waited for a response. None, so raised a return. Seller did nothing to remedy on their return
