    Item as described. It’s HEAVY and a lot wowsier in actual than photos. The delivery time was really quick (one day delivery) 👍🏽 The communication with the seller was very reassuring and professional. Moreover, the price lived up to the seller’s name, quite reasonable and good quality. I’m looking forward to doing business again with the seller. I recommend the seller a five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Fast dispatch and delivery is the only plus. The ring was a great price, but it looks cheap compared to the picture. The picture makes the leaves and parts around the stone look raised and defined, when in actual fact it is all smoothed together. My ring also arrived with a chip of gold missing. I contacted the seller and sent them a picture. As the ring was cheap, I expected a full refund. However, I was offered a one pound refund which I had to accept. Rubbish ring, rubbish customer service.

ORDERED A SILVER BRACELET, HAD MESSAGE SAYING SILVER BRACELETS DAMAGED, (ALTHOUGH LISTING STATED 5 AVAILABLE )SO WOULD I LIKE A ROSE GOLD ONE? WOULD HAVE PREFERRED SILVER, BUT AGREED TO A ROSE GOLD ONE. THIS WAS FOR A BIRTHDAY. BIRTHDAY CAME AND WENT, ITEM NEVER ARRIVED!! MESSAGED SELLER, GOT THE USUAL " PROBABLY LOST IN POST".
