  Item as described and pictured. Fast shipping, but I did not appreciate the card being photographed in a top loader and then shipped in a cheaper semi-rigid holder. The card arrived in good condition, so no harm/no foul this time I guess. Would have been a much different story if the card was damaged during shipping.
