  Delivered exactly when told it would be which was important to me as a care giver so I could be home to get it. If only other orders were the same! Packed perfectly too. No massive box & scads of packing to recycle for a very small item. Kudos! Would order from this vendor again in a heart beat. Sent what I wanted at the price I needed & sent exactly what I saw online. What more could I want?

  Shipping out the door was a bit slow, item is considered grade poor, plastic case melted from cord wrapping, not really what was described or expected. Packaging was very poor in a bubble mailer envelope and not a box. Price was high for what was received. It is functional so no negative rating but is on the brink.

  Customer was understanding and responsive. He sent photos of item, packaged extra safe and well, shipped immediately, and product was just as described. The value was very high, but due to the rarity of the product, understandable.

  VCR was shipped in a plastic bag. little to no packing. unit was all broken up. was not as described. I did buy is for parts but very disappointed. EMAILED SELLER no response. It still has value to me so not worth fighting over. If you offer FREE shipping at least pack it so it will not get all broken up. thanks BASELECT
