  I ordered a mug and through NO fault of the seller, it was delivered to the wrong address by USPS. I contacted the seller and explained the situation. I got a response within a few minutes and received a full refund for the item. Shipping/delivery was fast as per tracking info, but due to error by USPS I did not receive it. This seller was very gracious, helpful, and understanding. I truly appreciate it as this was to be a gift for my husband. Thank you.

  Your items have the best quality and condition among others. The price is very fair. These plates are in pristine condition and appear to be very well stored. The packaging was state of the art.
