  The boots arrived promptly after ordering, were nicely packaged, and were exactly as described and shown on the website--but upon arrival, they looked even better than they had appeared on the website! Have not worn them as yet. They seem a little narrower than the worn pair I am replacing, which I bought at Macy's a few years ago--but with wear, they should become more comfortable. I am pleased with the purchaser's service. However, the above is all I can say at the moment.

  Arrived quickly, outstanding job of packaging ensured that there was no damage to my book during shipment.
