Zum Glück waren noch beide Akkus im Karton und unbeschädigt, da die Akkus selber gut verpackt waren. Eine sehr unfreundliche DHL Fahrerin hat mich nicht auf die Beschädigung hingewiesen und den Karton einfach ins Carport gelegt. Als ich sie darauf angesprochen habe wurde sie sehr unfreundlich und sagte: Wenn mir was nicht passt könne sie das Paket auch wieder mitnehmen. So geht das nicht

I would only suggest to provide buyers with more info on the initial charging. YouTube has videos on how to initially charge these HBR's for the first and only time. After the initial charge procedure; everything is as usual.
