    The price was excellent, and the frame arrived exactly as described. Delivery was quicker than expected, and the item was very carefully packaged to avoid any damage. I’ve had a bad experience with another seller where poor packaging caused scuffs, so I really appreciate the extra care here. Overall, a smooth and positive transaction. Highly recommended seller.

    It was the incorrect snowflake. But the seller refunded my money when I sent a picture of what I received and they received the returned item. Because they gave me a full refund and were so good about it I gave them a "positive". I thought they were very honest.

    First, let me say that I will definitely buy from this seller again! The communication was excellent; even going as far as sending me a follow up email the day that the item was delivered. As for the item it was exactly as described and it was brand new! Also because I am in a wheelchair, I like my items delivered by either UPS or FedEx. This company made sure that it was shipped via FedEx! A+++++

    Item was exactly as described. I bought it for my gf so I didn’t take it out of the packaging, but I can tell that it’s real based on the feel of the bag. :) Seller was communicative and fast to ship, I will definitely buy from them again for all my other handbag needs. 🙏🏻

    This bag arrived in such a better condition than I thought. It was still in the original packaging, everything on the bag was still wrapped in the protection foam. I got such a good deal on this bag compared to other sites that were used for the same price. Seller shipped very fast! Will definitely be a return buyer.

    The bag is in a perfect new pristine condition, with the original packaging from Coach factory, i am very happy about everything including a perfect condition of the bag, packaging, as if i was receiving a bag from Coach, the communication with the seller was very good, fast response.
