I measaged Chameleon Codewing and they replied; saying that they would send the suckers the next day which they did, along with another shade. I was impressed and refreshed with their speed of response and their general concern over customer service. I am very happy with my purchase and even more-so with the seller and would recommend buying from them.

EBay were informed and issued a refund which was very helpful. The seller though initially declined refund as they said it had been posted just after I ordered in the early hours. I have not received the order or any contact with the seller so I assume that the issue is remedied. I appreciate how this has worked out and thank both EBay and Chameleon Codewing Ltd.
