  I asked if I could buy a second one. Vendor said yes, and gave me a price. When I submitted an offer at the price he gave me, he subsequently declined my offer at the price he offered without any explanation (he apparently changed his mind without telling me).  He misrepresented what he was going to do. While the item received was OK, I don’t trust this vendor because you can’t count on what he says.
