    Item was new/unopened and had all of its accessories in the box. Bought item for $100 cheaper than its original retailing price at the same quality I’d expect from the official seller. Item was packed well, included a printed receipt and arrived on-time. Seller packed and delivered item to shipping facility almost immediately after I’d placed my order. Then UPS took about a week to deliver it. Thank you, seller!

    I would wholeheartedly recommend this seller. I had an issue with my unit where the computer would crash when using dual-channel RAM. I managed to troubleshoot and solve this myself by buying and installing a single 16gb stick of RAM. And the seller refunded me my costs, no questions asked. Really good service! The U59 Pro arrived exactly as advertised otherwise and is great value for money.
