    Only complaint is that he combined toploaders with other items I purchased even tho description says it’ll come individually. Otherwise no problems, cards were fine and in solid condition. Appreciate that he took offers and communicated when it would get shipped

    I don't say they will come "individually" top loaded, just in a top loader. Sometimes that's a thick top loader with another card, if you buy more than one item. I do this to keep costs down, so I can keep prices low and charge an accurate shipping cost.
