  I purchased the headset for a trip, received it, and then left on a business trip for the entire summer. The headset turned out to be non-functional due to a battery issue. The seller told me to return it, but I can only do that in early fall, as I will return to the U.S. then — and now the seller has disappeared. The item was originally sold as fully functional.
