Unfortunately Monterey cannot update O& & no longer supported with security/software updates. There is a Legacy patch you can apply which would give you an update but I am not savvy enough to know how. Returned it they quickly refunded my money, communication to work this out was excellent. After spending a lot of time transferring from my old 2015 Macpro to no avail, I just didn't have the stamina to fool around with complicated tech.
