  It came exactly as described, still in the plastic. It took a lot longer to arrive than expected, or even originally quoted, though I don’t know if it was all the post office’s issues or just delayed shipping by the seller. I can say that it is a good quality product and I do like how it looks, so no complaints there. I did not exchange any words with the seller so I cannot speak to how I felt the responsiveness or tone was.

  The item was brand new in its box that was never opened. I loved the movie “UP”, so I’m very happy to have this cute character Russell from the movie. The seller kept me up-to-date on my package and it arrived very quickly. It was also very well packaged. I would definitely buy from him again.

  Item came quickly. The plastic packaging came off the cardstock backing at the bottom slightly before I opened it, but I didn't care because I wasn't planning on keeping this in the package to begin with. Great buy!
