  Record was just as described. Packaging was okay, an improvised mailer, but the shipping price reflected that, so it was a fair deal. Shipping speed was very fast. The only minor quibble was the seller shipped the record in the bare outer jacket, with no inner sleeve protecting the record. All's well that ends well, the record arrived in advertised condition, but there is a bit of luck involved. All in all, a good experience. I'd use the seller again.

  Highly recommend this seller. I purchased a record and was mailed but by mistake sent the wrong record! I contacted the seller and responded pretty fast, very apologetic and told me to keep the record and would send me the correct one!   Seller accidentally sent the wrong CD, but upon notification, he immediately sent the correct CD and didn't require that I return the wrong one. When it arrived, the correct CD was exactly as described. Communication with the seller was excellent, as was the packaging of the CDs.

  Lightning fast shipping, you can tell some real love was put into packing and shipping of my desired goods. Cards look even better in person than described.   Although there was a long delay and I never received the item, the seller was very responsive and issued a full refund immediately after I reached out. They also offered to send the item anyway as an apology, which I really appreciated. Miscommunication on their part, but great customer service in the end.
