  This terrific looking tablet arrived yesterday from Illinois; two days after I bought it. The EXCEPTIONAL seller described its condition as "good," but in my opinion, it is like new and works very well. Good packaging and price. I would not hesitate for a moment to buy from this seller again. Needless to say, I am extremely pleased with my purchase.

  The quality was great the overall condition was great well worth the value of the item and the appearance was was just as good no visible scratches or dings. Seller communication was surprisingly fast to answer questions I had and the shipping was incredibly fast it put Amazon shame on their delivery promises. I highly recommend this seller and would purchase from again in the future if the need arises.

  I got a refurbished MacBook Pro M1 2020. He shipped it immediately. Packing was excellent. Ordered one in”Very Good” condition. What I received was basically “excellent condition”. After a billion hours of research and power comparison shopping, deciding on this seller. SO glad I did! Warranty info in box. Seller sent 1 yr. warranty to email straight away. Been using a few days now and it’s MINT! SO RARE these days, to have such great experience but YUP! I did. Thanks so much!

  Everything was delivered in perfect condition, however there was a "Knock-Off" charger included and I had asked this seller before purchasing this item about the charger and whether it was an Original Apple OEM Charger and they were very vague and told me that it was "Compatible" charger and would NOT answer my question AT ALL. They didn't seem to understand that "Off Brand" & "Knock-Off" chargers should NEVER be used on Apple products. The photo I have included shows the difference. Junk!

  Excellent customer service!!! The tablet came well packaged and as described in excellent condition. There was an accessory missing but I messaged the seller about it and they got back to me extremely quickly and shipped it out right away, very happy with the result. Very reasonable pricing for a tablet of this quality.
