  Fast shipping, great packaging, grip was as described. The value of this grip was great! This is a great seller, thank you! The condition was new, and the quality was great. The appearance was great as well. I returned the grip because I returned the handheld. I will be purchasing this again because I bought another razor edge. The previous Razor Edge had no sound when the controller was connected.

  Super SLOW shipping. Created label on Mon, Jun 02 but did not ship until 2 days prior to the final receipt date. When I contacted them to see if they were going to ship my item, they sent me a copy of the shipping dates with no comments. Product was as advertised...customer service is lacking, badly.
