    A great price on a hard-to-find toner cartridge for an older printer. Brand new, perfect condition, just as described. The seller is excellent! I thought I had a problem with the delivery and was told by UPS to contact seller to initiate a package search. In less than 10 minutes the seller responded, found my package and followed up to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Great customer service!

    I ordered this item but accidentally clicked the wrong item. I wanted hp 61xl black but i accidentally clicked hp 60 xl black. I contacted the seller they send me returned label right away with the free shipping. I definitely will do the business with this seller.

    This would not work with my printer as the printer reported it was too old for our machine. They told me that they would refund me fully after I returned it. I told them it was not worth the trouble for me to mail it. And then they informed me that they were refunding me and that I could just go ahead and throw that one away. I thought that was awesome customer service! I would definitely buy something from them again if needed.

    The cartridge arrived in just two days. It was in the original Samsung box and had not been opened. The price was a real bargain. The only problem was that I ordered the wrong cartridge! So I requested to return the item, and I received a refund promptly.

    Was only a 1-pack and not a 2-pack like the name suggested. However, the ink does work well and came in a timely manor. And the price isn't that bad even for just 1.
