  This seller was great. Package was sent out in time, however, USPS never delivered. Not sure what happened but I contacted seller and they said to wait another day. I didn’t have to even contact them back. They can see by the tracking that it wasn’t delivered. They immediately sent a refund. The communication was great. They got back with no hassles. It was no fault of theirs and they handled it very professionally. I would definitely do business again. Thank you!!

  Item as described. Packaged well. Fair value! BUT, the seller included a mail it back recycle bag!!! LOVE IT! I am so overloaded with empty cartridges! Thank you! I will take advantage! Give this seller 5 stars!

  A great price on a hard-to-find toner cartridge for an older printer. Brand new, perfect condition, just as described. The seller is excellent! I thought I had a problem with the delivery and was told by UPS to contact seller to initiate a package search. In less than 10 minutes the seller responded, found my package and followed up to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Great customer service!

  I ordered this item but accidentally clicked the wrong item. I wanted hp 61xl black but i accidentally clicked hp 60 xl black. I contacted the seller they send me returned label right away with the free shipping. I definitely will do the business with this seller.

  I had to return this item as it did not work. The package arrived sealed and appeared to never have been opened . The price was very good if it would have worked. The good news is there was no problem with a return. I wish I could have sent back the item as these ink cartridges can be faulty ( from any seller) and it would be nice to confirm with this particular seller. Plus the cartridge could be recycled.
