The items were delivered in a cardboard box with what looked like a reflectve blanket. I choose to buy from this seller because of the price, which was less than other sellers. The one tray that I have fit perfectly and worked as it should. Very happy with this purchase. The trays were described in the ad as like new but they appear to be new.
