I contacted seller and the response was very quick. Started a return and received a refund immediately. The seller has been great and understandable through the process and it's a shame the machine had a malfunction that can not be fixed. It was a used machine and listed as such. Great customer service! I gave the item a five star as it was listed used and came exactly as described. Thanks again.
