  CDS Parts is out go to shop for all laptop screens, and other computer parts. They are super fast to get our packages mailed out. Excellent quality parts and perfect condition. Very quick communication whenever we have had any questions in the past. Always safely and carefully packaged. Usually the best prices as well.   I purchased a replacement keyboard for my laptop from this company. I found their customer Service to be above and beyond what might be expected. The keyboard arrived quickly and was very well packaged, to avoid damage. Their after sale customer service was wonderful. When I asked them questions about the keyboard they were responsive, thoughtful, and considerate helping to resolve any issues I had. I would purchase from this company again without hesitation.

  Items arrived well packed and individually wrapped; however, two (of five) had obviously been handled, showing palm print smudges, one had noticeable scuffs, on the underside of the cover, indicating that these were, at best, open box and not "new" (see photos). Not a dealbreaker or worth returning, but the stated item condition should not have been "new," and the price should have been lower for non-new condition. Otherwise, good pre-sale seller communication, and items match part number.

  Ordered this backlight keyboard for a rebuilt IBM Thinkpad T470. The item arrived on time. The seller/shipper did very well packing and protecting the keyboard, which is very fragile, so I really appreciated the attention to details. The installation went smooth and the product worked out-of-the-box as advertised. The keyboard is OEM quality and the buttons actually feel better than the previous keyboard. Great listing, great experience. I would do biz again with seller.

  The screen arrived quickly and was well packaged with bubble wrap and protective cardboard. The screen appears to be of good quality and is working well thus far. Do be sure, however, to purchase mounting brackets (sold separately) in order to complete the installation on a Thinkpad. Additionally, when I had a question re the product, the seller was helpful and provided timely responses. I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller in the future.
