    After an extensive online search my brother found the cordless phone type he wanted at a good price. The order I placed was delivered December 19, 2024. Unfortunately, there was an ongoing issue with the phone's volume being so low that he was unable to use the phone most of the time. I contacted the seller to see if there was anything he could do to help us. Christopher did an outstanding job of reviewing our concerns and communicating with me about a remedy 3 months after delivery-thank you!
