    Exact item as purchased, although internal bag unsealed and box rather beat up so looked more like an Open Box item than New. Still we will give it a go and print something soon to see if no issues. Reviews from others had a few "wrong item" but for me this seller got every thing right first time, even the shipping was one day earlier than USPS predicted. Good value, and glad to see seller is responsive if needed. Thumbs Up!!

    This item was exactly as described, the seller shipped quickly, and it was exactly what I needed. It offers excellent value on name-brand gear; the Klein Tools kit is of high quality. This is a deal, over buying somewhere else, like a brick and mortar, or elsewhere else online. The seller was spot on with their description; this was in brand-new condition, still in the blister packaging. Came with the case included. I would shop with this seller again!

    The wrong item was sent initially, but the seller was super responsive when contacted and immediately sent out the right item as well as a pre-labeled return package. It is a pleasure doing business with someone that stands behind their sales and addresses problems so quickly. Definitely would buy again from this seller.
