    item is good. shipping was extremely fast. the condition of the laptop is good, it has no scratches . this is about 1/3 or half the price I would regularly pay for a new one on Amazon. the only thing is, the laptop came with a faulty battery, but the seller is extremely helpful and told me they would reimburse me for the battery. overall helpful seller and good experience :)

    Absolutely as listed -- in a never-opened HP box with 06-months of free HP Smart fully usable. Ordered on a Sunday, requested receipt Thursday of that week, and seller dropped it off at UPS Sunday. Arrived wrapped on four sided by heavy plastic -- good thing as it was filthy -- but the box was preserved.
