Unfortunately, the transaction resulted in a refund, but I give five stars to the store for not only being compliant, but proactive as they reached out to the carrier to try and find the product status and also inform me that that product number is no longer in stock which resulted in a refund. Compliments to being proactive and compliments to communication follow up thank you for your services.

My only nit is these heavy calipers should be packaged more securely because the bleeder valve on one of them arrived bent from banging around in the cheap cardboard box with no padding and I had to buy a new one. Otherwise, they seem to be doing the job they are supposed to do.

The quality looks great and the price is amazing when you live on a shoestring budget . eBay is the best way to save money

Initiated a return request with the seller with no issues. Received return label and sent item back. Refund issued upon seller's receipt of returned item. Even though item didn't work out, everything went smoothly with seller.
