  Seller accidentally sent me the wrong item and then offered to reship the correct item. Since I needed it for an event, I requested a refund, which they agreed to. Although there was a mix-up, the seller was very polite and resolved the issue in a reasonable manner. I would purchase from them again.

  originally he sent the wrong product … it was similar (fancy salt scrub soap) …but I reached out to him and told him what happened…. I offered to send it back … he told me to keep and would send the correct one immediately… which he did. This is what you call old fashion customer service…. aka the best !
