  I'm extremely upset, searched for this ECM and it's listed as "In Stock, No Waiting, Programming Included". I placed a rush order and was given 6/2 delivery date. This was a highly time sensitive issue that I needed to resolve and gave customer time of completion. On Wednesday 6/2 I received a call at 10am stating that I would have to send my core back and they never shipped my order out. Was told they messaged me through ebay but there is no record of contact. Not happy at all.

  We've had our Ebay store since 2004 and have 633 full-star reviews. Not one negative review until now. We sent you a message same day of purchase requesting more information as we state on all of our Ebay ads 1. We need the programming information 2. Do you have a core to exchange or will you pay a core fee? You did not respond. We called you Monday morning to get the info. By not reading our ad page, and not responding to our message, this caused you to be late on the order for your customer.
