  Worst seller ever! Seller is a SCAM! Sent me a 10 cent plastic letter V instead of my Range Rover side vents. Seller asked me to ship back and would pay me for shipping cost. Called Ebay and was told to pay for and ship back, add tracking and send seller shipping cost receipt for payment. Ebay told me on the phone if seller did not send shipping cost they would help me get shipping cost. I shipped and gave tracking and receipt to seller. Seller never responded again after multiple messages.

  Does not fit my vehicle. Asked for a refund and was given an address to return it to in China. So the cost of shipping it back to China was $249.00. So needless to say I’m NOT shipping it back. So beware of this seller.

  I didn't get the item I ordered due to the vendor distributor's error but they were very communicative via email with me and offered immediate refund for item. I do find it strange that the vendor didn't want to resend the correct item but I'll be buying it from another vendor, albeit at an increased price. The item is from China and it took forever for it to be delivered to U.S. - not their fault!! So all in all - a good buying experience with refund.

  I didn’t receive the product, instead, a letter apologizing saying the product was out of order, and they would refund me within 24h, what did not happen. The seller don’t reply my messages. I want my refund!
