  I received 3567 nails instead of 4000 & about 20% of the nails were rusty. I sent a message before buying as the box was open, delaminated, & bulged asking about these two criteria. The photos show the details. Rusty nail photos do not represent total. I used my bag & box to repackage the nails. The repackaged box shows the 1st stack is 35 strips and 40 for the other 2 totaling 115 stacks. A percent refund and apology were offered which I accepted making a positive experience.

  Great shipping speed, very fair pricing, and great care taken in packaging item was actually blown away by the level of care taken to ship my item. Done much better than I ever expected. Everything came exactly as described and in the condition that was stated. Overall a wonderful seller and I would not hesitate to do business with again.

  Well packaged with a proper amount of fill material; shipping was immediate; the item did have a flaw (such is the nature of used gear) that was unfortunately unlisted, but I can repair it and considering most people don't know much about synthesizers in general, I don't believe the seller was aware of the flaw. And most importantly my customer service experience was top-notch. Seller responded immediately and amicably. Definitely worth my time and money - would recommend, and will shop again.

  Item was EXACTLY as described! Came packaged in original packaging, with no smells or stains on the box or the vest. All accessories and manual were also included, which was a pleasant surprise for me. Shipping was extremely fast, and was well packaged. It was by far, the fairest priced compared to other sellers. Would 100% not hesitate to purchase from this seller again!

  Excellent seller. Fast and free shipping, well packed, exactly as described. This bow was an exceptional value as it was in really good condition and had the original sticker showing how it was tuned at the factory. As it turned out, my elbow could not handle the bow weight (tennis elbow), so I could not use the bow. Best part of the transaction was a 30 day return! No issues at all. I highly recommend this seller.
