The item was as described. The packaging was wrapped very carefully. The shipping fees were reasonable. The value of the flute was very fair. When buying I assumed I'd need to have the instrument serviced. It was in much better condition than anticipated, and only needed some minor adjustments. I would buy from this seller again.
