    The item was as described, which is great when buying a PC and/or PC parts. The packaging kept it together and everything worked, no noticeable damage or scratches from shipping. I would be willing to buy from this vendor again in the future

    Laptop as described, only issue it was sent with a locked screen and not information on unlocking it. I emailed and got a response in 3 hours.

    We do NOT recommend shopping with this seller. We spent $2000 just for the seller to slap a shipping label to the items its self, not even a retail box, and for it to get messed up in transit. We attempted to contact the seller but no response after 15 hours so now resorting to eBay claims to deal with this. We have low standards when shopping for things on eBay. You don't need to ship fast or well honestly but a label right on the item is embarrassing. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
